Terms and conditions

1. General

•  All products are manufactured on a made-to-order or OEM basis unless otherwise stated.
• Prices, product specifications, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.. 
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders must be confirmed with full details including size charts, designs, and quantities.
• A minimum advance payment (as agreed upon) is required before production begins.
• Final payment must be made before the order is dispatched.

3. Production & Delivery

•  Standard production lead time is 3–4 weeks, subject to order size and customization.
• Shipping timelines may vary based on destination and logistics partner.
• Delays caused by customs clearance or force majeure are beyond our control.

4. Returns & Claims

•  As all products are custom-made, returns or refunds are not applicable.
• Any defect or damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.
• Valid claims will be resolved through replacement or credit note.

5. Intellectual Property

•  All logos, brand names, and designs provided by clients remain their intellectual property.
• We may showcase finished products for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise instructed.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

•  Client information, designs, and order details are treated with strict confidentiality.
• We do not share or sell data to third parties.
